This is Phaneuf and here is her story...
Phaneuf is a border collie mix rescued in a Las Vegas shelter in
the summer of 2008 when she was about 9 months old. She was great at jumping,
barking, and crazy, but she also had some anti-social issues with dogs and some
people, but boy did she love a ball! One of our Sit Means Sit dog trainers saw
her and thought she might be ‘special’, so we took her home. Now, with her
training she goes to work every day, doing demonstrations for new clients,
dogs, schools, street fairs and expo events. She lives with two other dogs, a
cat, and two young girls. She loves frisbee, ball, the hose – anything she can
fetch again and again! She’s very controllable in social situations, but she’s
still choosy about her friends...
